The owner Theresa, and coordinator Alysa made our day AMAZING. We had the tacos for our dinner and everyone said that was the best food they have had, our DJ Mike kept the vibes high all evening, and the florist Cheryl made the most beautiful floral pieces. Throughout the whole wedding process the whole team at Rancho De Amor were nice, accommodating, and professional. Other venues we toured before we found this one, felt extremely transactional; whereas Rancho de Amor wants to bring your dream wedding a reality. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

Overdue review! I could write so much on how amazing and smooth everything went when booking with RDA but I'll skip to the highlights. Theresa is an incredibly kind and hardworking business woman. We were so impressed by her organization, vision, and creativity. My husband and I were so overwhelmed looking at other venues, that when we discovered RDA is was such a relief! It was exactly what we were looking for, and we could not be more happy to bring our business to a family owned business.
Theresa brought our vision to life! and in the moments we weren't sure of what we wanted, she was always there to assist. A phone call or text message away!
My wedding was in April (April showers), so it was gloomy cold and windy the day prior. Theresa was quick to help me set up a plan B which included a beautiful tent, and heaters. She has all the connects and worked with our budget. Set up was a breeze! Her team was squared away, quick, and knew exactly what the exceptions/vision was.
The day of the wedding we were blessed with the heat of the sun, no winds, and beautiful greenery surrounded my guests. The tents and heaters came into play during the evening, my guests were kept warm and out of the cold, unless they were staying warm on the dance floor.
The RDA DIY package was exactly what we needed! It even included a day of coordinator, Alyssa, who was just as incredible as Theresa. I had 150 guests, I picked my own vendors (DJ, food, photography, etc), and all I had to do was put them in contact with Theresa or Alyssa, and it was all taken care of.
My husband and I received so many compliments on the venue and even the drive to the venue! Beautiful orange orchards all the way there, and even a couple of farms with horses out front to really put you in that country feel.
I cannot thank Theresa, Alyssa, and the rest of the team enough. My wedding day was a dream come true and turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined!

Hi everyone!

Wedding planning is so stressful, and finding the venue is a huge part! After touring a few I felt the difference with Rancho de Amor right away. Theresa (the owner) is so nice, knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator! Same with the day of coordinator Alyssa. I felt very supported the entire way and especially the day off. Plans the day of changed and were a bit unexpected but Theresa, Alyssa, and the team were all flexible. Beautiful and big venue! Our guests loved it.

We had our wedding at Rancho de amor on May 13 2023. It was just amazing. The organization they had was 5 stars. The really saw my vision an executed it. There was a great amount of help. They had a great professionalism to them that I would recommend rancho de amor to any up coming out door wedding.

“Wow, where to begin. This is going to be a long one, but TL:DR = 10/10 would recommend. My (now) husband and I picked Terraces of Rancho de Amor as our wedding venue way back in 2019. We originally picked this venue because it was within our budget, it included a lot of other vendors within the package, and the venue itself was absolutely beautiful. Then 2020 happened. We made the tough decision to postpone our wedding until May 1, 2021. Theresa, the venue owner, and all of our other vendors could not have been more accommodating or kind. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was not easy, but having this venue, and everyone involved, made the process a lot less stressful. The venue: Terraces of Rancho de Amor. A beautiful outdoor venue tucked into the mountains, it really complemented our more minimal aesthetic wedding. We were able to rely on the natural beauty of each terrace as a decoration in and of itself, in addition to some of our more minimal flowers and decorations. I really cannot stress this enough, but Theresa was an absolute delight to work with. She was prompt, professional, and incredibly accommodating to our evolving plans. Theresa's eye for quality in the vendors she collaborates with cannot be understated, as each person included within the package was professional and easy to work with. Our wedding package included: catering, photographer, DJ, day-of coordinator, and a bartender. My husband and I live in Chicago, and only had a couple of days in California to prepare, and Theresa and her team made the set up and tear down process quick and painless. Catering: We had a last minute switch of caterers but that ended up being for the best because we got so many compliments about how good the food tasted. We got the taco bar, with our choices of proteins and sides, and everything was excellent. Photographer: Alex Slattery. Alex was included in our package and we could not have been more grateful to have her. She was great! She really heard what we wanted from our wedding photos and really brought the images to life. Also, we had a couple of young young kids at the wedding and she was great with them and able to keep their attention for photos. She was really fun, kind, enthusiastic, and most importantly calm, which really helped keep us calm on the day of. DJ: Mike Medina Entertainment. DJs are integral to the flow of weddings, and Mike did a great job of keeping the energy up while transitioning throughout the wedding day. Mike took the time to understand what was important to us and integrated these pieces seamlessly throughout the event and timeline. He read how the event was flowing and was able to pivot in real time to react changing moods. Day-of Coordinator/Bartender/Set-up and Tear-down: Each of these components were included as well, though I'm not sure if they have their independent businesses to shout out. Sara Hawks was our day-of coordinator and she was great throughout the entire process. She helped set up our decorations the day of, after the table settings had been laid, as well as helped us set up our arches and other bits and pieces. The weather was a bit breezy during that process, causing some problems with our signs, and Sara was quick to problem solve so that everything came together nicely. Theresa facilitated our interactions with our bartenders, and we simply had to provide the ingredients and recipes for the cocktails we wanted. All in all, we couldn't have had a better experience. Wedding planning is stressful enough, especially when planning from out of state; everyone involved made everything so much better and we couldn't be happier with the results.”

“My Husband And I picked this location not just because it was exactly what I was looking for as my theme, the all inclusive package we selected made it possible for us to have the wedding we wanted within our budget but our decision was made for us when we met Theresa. Theresa let us and by us I mean I the bride have the wedding I always wanted and no questions asked . Her and her team were amazing. My day was worry free and I owe it to Theresa and Sarah.
