Mi Hermosa, our most all-inclusive wedding package invites you to celebrate until midnight. This package is ideal for couples who desire a timeless and seamless wedding experience. It encompasses everything needed for a perfect celebration including a wide selection of main entrees and appetizers, a delightful cocktail hour, as well as professional DJ services and skilled bartenders. Additionally, your guests will enjoy a charming portrait lounge where they can dress to impress, along with personalized napkins, cups, and customized menus to enhance the overall experience, ensuring that your wedding day is unforgettable, celebrate until midnight.

Mi Amor, our most popular all inclusive package allows you to celebrate your special day until 11:00 p.m. Designed for couples who are seeking a truly inclusive experience, this package ensures that all details are expertly handled by the dedicated team at Rancho de Amor. It has quickly become our most popular offering, providing peace of mind while you savor every moment of your celebration.

Mi Vida, for those couples who wish to enhance their wedding experience by incorporating vendor selections from outside of Rancho de Amor, including caterers, florist, bakers, and much more. This flexibility allows you to personalize your special day to truly reflect your unique vision and style.

Mi Hermosa Package, Inclusive.

Includes: A catering service that offers a delightful choice of two entrees, such as the savory Tri Tip with a delectable shallot wine sauce, Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Herb Lemon Chicken, and Chicken Cordon Bleu. Additionally, there are options like Enchilada Suizas, available in both chicken and cheese varieties, as well as cheese birria tacos and tacos al carbon. To complement the entrees, all sides are provided, which include options like a refreshing side salad, freshly baked rolls, hot vegetables, and two beverage choices. All of this will be served buffet style, accompanied by attentive servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for your guests.

Cocktail hour will feature your choice of two delightful appetizers, which may include options such as flavorful Jerk Chicken, fresh Bruschetta, or delicious cream cheese stuffed jalapeños. There are lots of options available to suit your preferences. Additionally, we will provide two extra servers to attend to your needs both before the ceremony and throughout your event, ensuring that your drinks are served promptly and tables are cleared efficiently.

Personalized cocktail napkins, customized bar cups, and a thoughtfully crafted food menu can elevate your special event, providing unique touches that reflect your style and enhance the overall atmosphere.

Luna y Sol, our charming mobile horse trailer bar, can be beautifully utilized as a delightful second bar. This versatile space is perfect for serving an array of options, including a wine bar, whiskey bar, and even a pan dulce station. We can also feature an ice cream bar, a unique ramen experience, or a cozy coffee bar. Please note that alcohol is not included with these offerings, allowing you to customize your beverage choices to suit your special occasion.

Portrait Lounge (private photographer) for three hours where guests can dress to their finest and have professional photographs taken to commemorate the special occasion.

As your dedicated wedding day coordinator, our experienced coordinators will carefully collaborate with you on every aspect of the design, create a detailed timeline, and manage the set-up of your special day approximately four months in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Set up and tear down of your wood tables, white resin padded or fruitwood chairs, linens, set up of all your decor on our A Frame, steps, trees, wedding aisle, posts, entrance, all guest tables, white chargers, white linen napkins, utensils.

Luxury Restrooms

Decorator, please bring your ideas and vision so that we can set it up together! We can incorporate a variety of elements to enhance the overall atmosphere, including drapery to add elegance, lush greenery to bring a touch of nature indoors, and carefully placed lanterns and votives to create a warm, inviting glow. Every detail can contribute to the overall theme, ensuring a beautiful and cohesive aesthetic for your special day.

Floral to include: bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, 2 mom corsages, 2 dad boutonnieres, 7 bridesmaids, and 7 groomsmen boutonnieres, flower girl with basket, arch flower spray, 16 centerpieces (16 tables) choice of high/low with LED lighting, sweetheart table spray, all seasonal flowers, includes all set up, cake table (10 ft Whiskey barrel table) sweetheart table with choice of three different backdrops, 2 VIP restrooms.

DJ (6 hours)

Cake from Michelle's or Martha Green's bakery (some restrictions apply) includes a delightful assortment of cake pops, delicious cheesecake bites, and an array of tempting cupcakes, ensuring that your dessert table will be both beautiful and enticing for your special occasion.

Bartenders (6 hours) ice, cups, all condiments for your drinks, personalized cocktail napkins.

Security officers

At the water station, you now have the option to choose from refreshing cucumber, zesty lemon, or vibrant raspberry mint, providing you with a wide variety of choices. This selection ensures that everyone can find a flavor that they particularly enjoy.

A beautifully arranged champagne tower, complete with elegant glasses filled with sparkling champagne, creates an inviting centerpiece for any celebration.

Coffee and hot tea will be served in the evening to help guests relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Exclusive use of venue day prior to event for rehearsal, bridal room drop off, extra decor or decorating from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
